Interviews can feel stressful, especially if you haven’t had one for a while, are returning to work after a break, changing direction, or have been job hunting for some time without success.
Many of my clients come to me feeling out of practice, lacking confidence, or wondering whether something in their interview approach is holding them back. A practice interview can help you identify what’s working well, what’s getting in the way, and where a few small changes could make a big difference.
If you’re preparing for a specific interview, I’ll create a tailored practice interview based on the role, your application and any information you can provide. If you don’t have an interview lined up yet, I will create a realistic practice interview based on the type of role you’re targeting.
If you’re applying for a range of different roles, we can focus on the skills and types of questions that come up across many interviews.
£60 for a 60-minute one-to-one session.

An Interview Practice & Feedback session is likely to be helpful if any of the following sound familiar:
You haven’t had an interview for a while
You're returning to work after a career break
You're a parent-carer seeking work that fits around caring responsibilities
You are neurodivergent or disabled and would like space to discuss interview strategies, disclosure or reasonable adjustments
You feel nervous or lack confidence in interviews
You've been getting interviews but no job offers
You would like honest feedback in a supportive environment
60-minute online session via Zoom
Practice interview tailored to your desired role
Detailed personalised feedback on your responses, communication and body language
Neurodivergent-friendly support, including discussion of reasonable adjustments, disclosure and interview strategies where relevant
Session recording and transcript
Detailed AI-assisted feedback report (optional)
Sessions are flexible and can be tailored to your individual needs.
We’ll typically begin with a realistic practice interview tailored to your situation and the type of role you’re targeting.
I’ll then provide detailed feedback on your answers, communication style and overall interview performance, followed by time to discuss any questions, concerns or interview strategies that would be helpful for you.
After the session, you will receive a copy of the session recording and transcript, and the feedback report, if requested.
